I am Greek by heritage and I grew up on pasta as a side not potatoes. Each culture has their own preference as do different areas of our country. When it comes to Duffys they specialized in comfort food. While potatoes is your comfort food choice, pasta, rice or veggies might be others. This just makes good business sense on Duffys part.
Yes
I don't know if they do or not. Maybe they have a website with their menus choices. Sorry 😕
The service was excellent very quick very polite. The food was overpriced and it's not worth what we had to spend for it. With the exception of the clam chowder which was passable.
I had the Belgium waffle with strawberries and cream and OMG, it was delicious and amazing, the best I ever had!
Good food. Friendly service. Love this place
Hey was just so nice to be able to go into a restaurant and sit down the food was really good
This was our first dine in experience in months!Duffys staff were following strict guidelines on how to seat and serve people. They did an excellent job! This was only their second day open after having had just half a day to prepare. The food was great.i forgot to take pictures, unfortunately. They have a great menu. Everything from deep fried scallops to Irish beef stew.
I thought this place was wonderful. Service, food, drink and dessert.😎
Not bad, food is good and the atmosphere is pleasant...Covid dining is a whole new thing and as difficult as it is they are trying to smile and make it work...I will be back
Food was good but greasy. The decor hasn't been updated since the eighties. Staff wore masks and seated patrons at every other booth.
It was good. The people are very nice 👍
Absolutely amazing food. Great price, friendly staff! Our new go to when we are in Aberdeen!!
Place was cool for trying to be open during phase two of COVID 19
The food and the service was great. A little high prices but great.
Probably one of the worst dinner experiences. The owner of the restaurant berated and insulted us after a family member got ill because we said it was from food poisoning from his restaurants food. The meal was in a dimly lit slightly dirty back area with peeling wallpaper to boot! The menus although printed because covid were printed so small it was genuinely hard to read.If youre hungry coming back from the beach this is NOT it, save your money.Overall extremely uncomfortable and unhappy with the experience, only good thing were the waitstaff.
Awful! The sausage gravy was way too salty,The hollandaise sauce was broken and it was a oily gloppy mess, the has browns had no crispnessAnd the topping on the cake, the big cinnamon roll we ordered on our way out was dry, hard and topped with gross shortening frostingWe were there at 9:40 so the roll should have been fresh. It tasted one or two days oldWhat was waste of $40Stopped at the grocery store in ocean shored and got a yummy cinnamon roll for $4Don’t go
Cut open a frozen bag of "Calamari" right into the deep fryer.A Belgian waffle sat in the "Ready" for over 12 minutes and was cold. It's sad for somewhere we've been going since we were kids but it really doesn't offer much anymore. A "Fresh Frozen" type of establishment that doesn't serve anything fresh. Not surprised to be empty at 800pm Saturday, on the first razor clam season of the year.Denny's would have been better, and cheaper.
Food was cold and paid for a $19 crab bennidict, which had less then a teaspoon of crab with cold hollandaise sauce
Best black berry pie ever!Quick ,kind , & caring service💞
Food good, a very nice 12 oz. Prime rib end-cut. Service good and friendly. Servers wearing masks, but not requiring customers to and only seating at every other table.
This is a pretty decent family owned restaurant with a long history in the town. They serve breakfast food, sandwiches, and salad.fried cauliflower was rather disappointing. But breakfast and salad made up for it.
My captain's platter was on point however my buddies patty melt wasn't particularly good. The service was great. Unfortunately I was too full to try one of their amazing homemade pies. Definitely going back for a piece of wild BlackBerry.
Surprisingly good food! The kids enjoyed it too. It has a small town feel that makes the place unique.
They use to have the very Best pies but they've dropped to the bottom in that dept. I hope they will find somebody to pick up where the old timers left off. Pick there own berries, apples, like they use too !! For $35.00 for a pie, you can only expect the very 👍 Best!Good Luck
A favorite when we visit Aberdeen. I grew up in Aberdeen and ate a lot of meals at Duffy's. My folks were regulars and kept their sugar free jellies/syrups here so they had exactly what was needed as regulars. Food is very good, portion sizes are generous. Miss not having this in Oregon but gives us something to look forward to when we visit Aberdeen.
Caring, attentive staff. Good menu, great food.
Good food, priced a little high for what it is but not horrible.
Aberdeen is full of chain restaurants and if you are on one of the pass through highways, (101, 109, 12, 8), a burger and a bathroom might be the ticket for you. But, if you want a sit down, enjoy a local atmosphere, consider Duffys.I think they are best with menu items like dungeness crab or razor clams. Made sure to note the specials on the front door. Also, check the pie counter as you are on your way to be seated, it is right behind the reception desk.
Older facility that is in need of an update. Staff is relatively efficient. Food is generic but totally edible, and serving size is good. Lots of parking but it was early in the morning. Bathrooms with stuff in the corners and TP on the floor. Standard table or two of loud, local, opinionated duffers drinking coffee. The coffee, by the way, is not good.
Excellent Food, fast service, very happy and highly recommend stopping in next time your in Aberdeen
Delicious and amazing service! The second time I have been to this restaurant. Yes it’s dated but it’s a dated charm. My father ordered the corn beef hash and it had a TON of corn beef in it. If you drive through Aberdeen you must stop in. We try to stop in every time we can. This is the 3x3x3
I love giving positive feedback, however Duffys was run down, interior looked like the 70's. Breakfast was cold and nothing to write home about. Coffee was good. Would not recommend.
The restaurant is wonderful. The food is the best. The staff are the greatest. Make sure you check out the pie and pastry cabinet as you are seated; they will knock your socks off. Talk about delicious.
Service is as usual. Lots of corners cut when it comes to the little details like their gravy for example... when it arrives to your table, If you didn't know any better, at first glance you'd think it were some pudding of some sorts. Now maybe I'm being a bit particular, but I feel, that the presentation of your dish and accents should show a more seasoned soul. If you're hungry, you could definitely eat here and leave well over satisfied with the full of your gut
The seafood and clam chowder! Fresh and delicious! Service was so/so hence the 4 stars!
Service was great! Food was amazing! Kinda pricey. But i played a scratch ticket and won enough to pay for breakfast
We love eating at Duffy's. My wife especially likes the prime rib.Great friendly staff, great food!
Duffy,s is one of the best places to eat on the harbor.Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner it's all great. The service is the best.
The food is just not very good—but they do have friendly service. I ordered a side salad and shrimp cocktail. The “salad” was just a plate of greens with dressing and croutons. The ranch dressing was extremely salty. The shrimp cocktail wasn’t at all what I was expecting—instead of large shrimp to dip in cocktail sauce, they served it as a cup of mini salad shrimp. The cocktail sauce was tasty. My partner had clam chowder, it was runny and very salty... not great.
Our waitress was awesome, no name tag so I can't give a👍 to her service. Impeccable tho. Good food, nice atmosphere.
Fair to poor service, mediocre over-priced food and the coffee is so weak it's like drinking coffee flavored water.
It's a landmark in Aberdeen been there a long time the food is consistently good
Yummy fish n chips, tempura-like battered. Coconut shrimp was also wonderful. Crisp salads, creamy chowder. And save room for PIE!!! Our waitress Char was friendly and attentive.
Razor clams and blackberry pie. Excellent crab.
I've been dining at Duffy's since I was a child, going out for dinner with my parents. The first time I had their clam chowder I was in love. My parents used to call my sister and I 'chowder-heads' because whenever we stopped in, that's what we'd order. That was, of course, until I tried the breaded veal. Nearly every time since I've ordered the veal. It is my favorite food. Whenever I get asked what my favorite food is, my answer is inevitably "Duffy's Breaded Veal". All of my friends and family know about it. Since I moved to the Seattle area it's been hard to go without but whenever I make a trip down to visit, I ALWAYS make sure I bring home Duffy's breaded veal, chowder, and their AMAZING little wild blackberry pie.
Just like I was there 30 years ago good food and prices. Clean heat place for family friends cocktails
The food was quick and hot and well done. We had good service even though we were a large group. You can get breakfast at any time until 2 PM but can also get lunch during breakfast time.
